According to SCIENTRA, researchers can upload their research paper, provide the title, authors, abstract, subject area, keywords and references, after which the submission undergoes an editorial screening process.

Importantly, SCIENTRA states that this screening is not peer review. The platform says editors check whether the submission represents genuine scholarly work, fits the selected subject area and contains accurate metadata.
